We all live in a world where the pressure is high. Everyone wants to be the best version of themselves. We want to have it all. I’m a perfect example for this. I want to be a lovely girlfriend who cooks every evening, I want to have a career, I want to go to the gym, I want to have drinks with my friends, I want be a great student, be a loving daughter, etcetera etcetera. All these rolls are taking over our lives and minds, leaving no room for anything else.
Nowadays it is almost natural to have everything digital, also our planners. Digital planning is great, only not very healthy. Our planners are designed to take care of yourself. To make it possible to actually have it all. It works like this: the moment you actually write down the things you want to remember, your brain will register this more easily then putting it into a digital planner. This because of the physical movement you make by writing it down. It’ll bring your mind more peace. We don’t say that you have to stop using digital planners. You can use them, but also take care of yourself by keeping track of your to do lists on paper.
There are multiple researches done about writing versus typing and the outcomes all says the same. Writing down brings more peace in your head then typing it on your computer, because of the movement you make with your hand.
We are a generation that have the most incredible dreams, but only a few are able to turn their dreams into a plan. That is were we come in, cause we believe that everybody deserves a chance to turn their dreams into reality!
Don’t call it a dream, call it a plan.
